1. Uncooked pearls can be frozen. Pearls that have not been cooked in a pot are suitable for cryopreservation. When they are raw, cryopreservation will not change their taste and nutrition, and can extend their eating time. However, they should not be frozen after they are cooked, otherwise the taste of the food will change. Although it is not spoiled, it does not taste like fresh food and is very unpalatable.

2. How long to cook the pearl milk tea pearls: about 20 minutes. Pearls, like taro balls, sago and other products, are not well cooked. You need to boil water on a high fire, and then boil the pot under water to ensure its soft shells are complete. If you pot under cold water, the pearls will melt and become unformed, and they need to be cooked continuously. After 20 minutes, wait for the pearls to float, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. When you see that the pearls are completely transparent and there are no white hearts inside, you can remove them, pour in cold water and soak for later use.
